Improving Virgin Active’s eCRM, no sweat

Virgin Active wanted to pump up their member acquisition and retention rates.

Key to this was a complete overhaul of their eCRM activity and welcome journey.

Our first step was to carefully redesign and optimise their templates, while content and messaging were fully aligned to member segments and stages. Working against the tight deadline of an imminent website relaunch, this new approach to Virgin’s eCRM generated considerable success, including a 66% rise in click-through open rates.
