Radley, once the maker of the must-have handbag, was fast losing customers.

And credibility.

Having originally revamped the brand to great acclaim five years previously, we were invited back by the founder to give the brand some TLC.

We redefined the company’s mission “To make beautiful things that women fall in love with”.

And appointed fashion industry iconoclast Erin O’Connor as brand ambassador.

Then we let loose with a creative campaign that dialled up the quirkiness.

And accentuated the authenticity.

Giving Radley a firm grip on who it was once more.

Sales rose by 16% within a few months.

And the company was snapped up by private equity firm Bregal Freshman shortly afterwards.
