Distinctive assets are visual marks that are unique to your brand and that are ideally hard to imitate. This could be executed in many ways but they must embody everything that your brand stands for and be ownable.
Sometimes the main logo is the most distinctive asset like Coca-Cola or other times its the secondary graphic assets that becomeĀ identifiers for the brand. Colour also has a role to play here, think McDonalds, think Cadburys.
