How do I extract leads from Facebook?

There are a couple of ways you can download leads from Facebook but firstly you need to make sure you have the permission to do so:

Make sure you are eligible to download leads within Facebook

1. Go to Business Manager
2. Business settings and then integrations
3. Lead access and assign people

If you’re in the new page experience:

1. Go to the meta business suite
2. Click all tools
3. Instant forms
4. Then download the forms from here (by form)

If you’re in the old page experience:

1. Go to your Facebook page
2. In the left-hand panel select publishing tools
3. Go to lead ads forms and then forms library
4. Then download the forms from here (by form)

If you’re doing it in ads manager

1. Go to ads manager
2. Select the lead gen campaign
3. Navigate to the ads tab
4. Then download leads by creative
