Good staff are hard to find. Especially when you’re competing with strong brands such as Hilton. That’s why Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) asked our help to attract, keep and develop skilled employees. We devised a global employment engagement survey and carefully crafted an identity which ran in 30 different countries. The results were outstanding, with a 97% employee participation rate, and 84% global engagement rate. This was 21% higher than predicted and 11% higher than the global benchmark, Aon, would expect from top businesses.
