Apart from a few hardy souls, people only start thinking about buying a new bike when the sun is out.

So could the Great Evans Cycles Trade-in change established seasonal behaviour?

Now lots of us have an old bike in the shed.

So we encouraged people to trade in their old boneshaker.

And get money off a shiny new bike.

An idea we told with wit and flair.

By the end of this multi-channel campaign, trade-in sales were up 53% year on year.

An extra 2,000 bikes were sold.

With sales of non-trade-in bikes also significantly increased.
