Creating the UK’s first ‘whole of life’ dog nutrition eCRM programme.

Eukanuba, a high-end dog nutrition brand, had a big idea: longer life through better nutrition. But as a small brand, it also had an enormous challenge in communicating it to a pan-European audience of dog owners. We created a suite of eCRM (principally email) communications that mirrors the natural process of a dog’s life: from teething to extending the life of an elderly but healthy dog. The tools were rolled out across Europe, and engagement consistently exceeded European benchmarks.
