Senior SEO Executive

Here at CreativeRace, we’re continuing to grow our Organic Search team and are now looking for a Senior SEO Executive with a focus on the technical and on-site performance of websites and how this translates to performance in search.

Reporting to and working closely with our Head of SEO, you’ll be a self-starter who can identify opportunities to improve the performance of our clients’ digital platforms. Prioritisation, assessing value and communicating the benefits of your recommendations are also key attributes.

Role Summary

  • Focused on the technical and on-site performance of websites and how this translates to performance in search.
  • Identifying, assessing the value of, prioritising and communicating the opportunities to improve the performance of our clients’ digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring performance KPIs across the client portfolio.
  • Escalating areas of concern or opportunity as appropriate.
  • Executing the technical and on-page strategies.
  • Building and maintaining clients KW Universe and identifying opportunities.
  • Undertake technical audits.
  • Contribute to team knowledge growth.
  • Keep up to date with industry and market developments.

Skills

  • Articulate and great communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Resilient and adaptable.
  • An understanding of website performance principles.
  • Knowledge of web coding languages such as HTML, CSS & JavaScript and how they’re used
  • Awareness of web frameworks such as React, Headless and CMS
  • Familiarity with industry tools (GA, GSC, GMB & other research tools)
  • Minimum of 2 years working in agency or client side environment in a similar role.
