The opportunity
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Client Services team managing and supporting a portfolio of different clients with their strategic and creative requirements.
This is a highly varied role spanning a number of different clients across the entire media mix. We are looking for an established and proven, strategically-driven and creativelyminded Senior Account Manager to come on board and drive our business forwards.
This role will report directly into the Account Director and will work alongside other client service team members within the business.
You’ll be working across a wide variety of projects across clients in different sectors, from brands and retailers to government bodies across disciplines such as TV, radio, OOH, brand campaigns, paid social and programmatic – so being able to flex between different media and clients is paramount, along with working collaboratively with the various inhouse teams to ensure a smooth delivery for our client group.

Role Summary
- The primary role of the Senior Account Manager is to support the Account Director in building and growing profitable client relationships for the agency.
- The primary measure of the Senior Account Manager is based around the strength of client feedback we receive on our work & our service.
- The ultimate goal of the Senior Account Manager is to drive client loyalty to the agency & enhance our agency reputation through the strength of our work.
Key Responsibilities
Ownership of client relationships at mid and senior levels built on quality of output & mutual respect
- An intelligent overview of the client’s environment and challenges – core knowledge of their business, both in terms of creativity and commerciality • Build core relationships with key clients of varying levels
- An ability to pro-actively create solutions for future client challenges
- Keep the wider team aware of client sentiment, challenges & opportunities
- Ability to write, prepare & present documents, presentations & reports tailored to each client’s style, preference, knowledge & experience
- Lead the delivery of projects from resource requests, brief writing, creative development and presenting work to clients • Deliver projects with excellence (error free, on brief, on budget, on time)
- Financial management, forecasting, estimating and business generation
- Inspiring presentation style that excites the client and elicits action
- Strong relationship with Account Director, knowing when to involve AD or when to escalate
- Juggle multiple tasks, but knows when to raise a hand for help
- Holds a curious mind, hungry to learn and experience new things

Champion of gold standard responses to every client brief
- Ability to execute multiple fast-paced projects across various clients with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent brief writer, understanding the tools of a tight brief & ability to write effectively to inspire creative solutions
- An ability to interrogate & challenge strategic & creative outputs to collectively deliver a better outcome
- Ability to own the big campaign thought and understand how this should integrate/roll out across channel
- Final gate-way approval for all client projects and significant pieces of work
- Challenge & re-invigorate agency processes and ways of working, taking key learnings to your clients
Commercial awareness, driving profitability, growth and efficiencies
- A natural growth instinct that seeks out opportunities to develop our business further
- Ensure forecasts are regularly updated, interrogating the figures to ensure accuracy
- Ensure all projects are scoped correctly and delivered within agreed timeframes
