We are looking for creatively minded Senior Account Executive to join our ASDA team with an understanding of retail.

Role Summary

We began our relationship with Asda over 40 years ago and have supported Asda in their growth journey to become one of the biggest supermarket chains within the UK.

We are mainly responsible for in-shop POS comms but do work across multiple media disciplines including print, social media and digital. We have daily contact with the client via email and formal WIP sessions, as well as attending various briefing sessions working collaboratively with the marketing and category teams.

You might be asking, what does a typical day look like? For us a typical day is all about supporting our Asda clients through the day-to-day management of the account, from writing briefs to billing, briefing our creative teams through to photoshoots.

You’ll be working across a wide variety of projects, so you can be sure that every day will offer fresh opportunities to learn something new and you will be an integral part of delivering POS excellence right from the start.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Act as a key point of contact for assigned projects, supporting the Senior Account Manager/Account Director where appropriate
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders at varying levels, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and positive feedback
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships through clear, confident communication
  • Manage day-to-day client queries, feedback, and expectations with professionalism and efficiency
  • Execute multiple fast-paced projects across a large client with multiple stakeholders
  • Support with the delivery of projects from resource requests, brief writing, creative development and presenting work to clients
  • Deliver projects with excellence (error free, on brief, on budget, on time)
  • Accurate financial management, forecasting and estimating
