We support a number of clients across multiple channels, structured around our four pillars of specialism – Strategy, Creativity, Media and Content. We have talented multidisciplinary teams working collaboratively to deliver campaigns, communications, and content through multichannel activity. We are looking for an Integrated Account Director to come and join our team.
Client Management
- Act as a key point of contact for assigned accounts and projects, supporting the Senior Account Manager/Account Director where appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships through clear, confident communication.
- Manage day-to-day client queries, feedback, and expectations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders at varying levels, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and positive feedback.
Campaign & Project Delivery
- Oversee multiple fast-paced projects across different brands and workstreams simultaneously.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget.
- Lead elements of project delivery from brief writing through to execution and presentation, with support where needed.
- Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to guide output and ensure quality is consistently high.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all work is accurate, error-free, and aligned to client expectations.
Project Ownership & Strategy
- Take ownership of specific projects or workstreams from briefing through to delivery.
- Monitor progress, manage timelines, and proactively identify and resolve risks.
- Contribute to the development of strategic thinking and creative direction across accounts.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload independently.
Financial & Commercial Awareness
- Manage and monitor project budgets to ensure efficient and profitable delivery.
- Support estimating, forecasting, and reporting across accounts.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen, understanding account performance and identifying opportunities for growth and business generation.
Team Contribution & Ways of Working
- Work collaboratively with the wider team, including AMs, SAMs and ADs.
- Contribute to a positive, proactive, and solutions-focused team environment.
- Take ownership of personal workload and responsibilities within a growing business.
- Show flexibility and a willingness to roll up sleeves to support the wider team when needed.
