The Opportunity

The role is strategic in nature, generating leads in line with our targeting strategy and supporting our business growth objectives. You will co-own the sales process and therefore be responsible for data, technology, platforms, outreach strategy, reporting and collateral. You will also build and maintain an awareness of key industry knowledge, news, and events (attending when required).

With this knowledge and understanding, coupled with your strategic approach you will intelligently engage new prospects with our proposition, identifying where we can add value and having consultative conversations. This is not a high-volume, “spray it and hope” role.

The sales process is co-owned, with the entire process overseen by the Commercial Director. The SDR is responsible for the generation and qualification of leads. Post qualification the Commercial Director and Managing Partners will manage the ongoing process of creating the solution and pitching.


  • Data strategy including acquiring, management, and cleansing using our CRM to act as a single point of truth.
  • Selection of technology used to deliver against your objectives. i.e CRM features, communication tools, research & insight tools and subscriptions etc.
  • Selection and use of required platforms to deliver against your objectives. These could be tender portals, data platforms, insight platforms, engagement platforms etc.
  • Using a modern and integrated channel approach you will engage within verticals in which we seek growth. Taking our proposition out in a strategic and intelligent manner having high-quality conversations, and qualifying opportunities against our qualification criteria.
  • You will work closely with our Commercial Director to ensure the business has a well-reported pipeline with an understanding of what activity is driving performance.
  • You will be supported by the Commercial Director and Managing Partners to ensure you have the required collateral such as relevant and up-to-date case studies, and thought leadership. Moving forward you will establish your ongoing collateral requirements and work with the wider team to develop these.

About you:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a lead generation sales role.
  • B2B sales experience within the marketing agency landscape.
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Strong administrative approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ambition, drive and self-motivation
