You’ll work on a mix of client projects and channels including digital, print, and social – bringing your natural creativity and technical skills to everything from campaign visuals to day-to-day design support.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced Strategists, Copywriters, Designers and Art Directors to build your portfolio with well-known brands.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
- Assist in the creation of visual assets for client campaigns, including POS, social media content, packaging, concepts and more.
- Support with initial concepts through to roll out for print, digital and social channels.
- Work collaboratively with Senior Designers, and under the direction of the Head of Design to develop concepts that meet creative briefs and are in line with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to creative brainstorms and idea sessions.
- Take feedback constructively and revise work efficiently.
- Ensure high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
Skills Required for the Role
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a design role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of motion design and video editing (After Effects advantageous).
- Appreciation for AI and abreast of trends.
- Good understanding of the retail sector and retail environments.
- A varied and visually strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple channels.
- Good understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and colour theory.
- Developing presentations skills, delivering your ideas with passion. (Both internally and externally, to clients where necessary).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- A proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
