The opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and ambitious business development representative to help lead the growth of the agency for ‘22 and beyond. In this 360 role you will be responsible for driving new client relationships and revenue for the business. You will work collaboratively with the rest of the Sales and Marketing team and be supported by the Sales Director to successfully manage external agency relationships, sales processes including RFP responses, pitches, solution creation, reporting, and creation of case studies/sales collateral.This role is exciting and fast paced. You will enjoy speaking to new clients, unearthing unique challenges and working across our seven core services offerings to deliver purposeful solutions for our clients. This is a full-time role – 37.5 hrs a week.

The requirements

  • Driving new business client acquisition across our seven core service areas
  • Building and nurturing relationships with new clients
  • Creating, leading, managing and organising initial meetings, pitches and proposal responses
  • Managing the sales pipeline against target with the help of our CRM system
  • Helping to manage the flow and volume of new leads
  • Working closely with our lead generation function to ensure high quality leads are being driven in line with our qualification criteria
  • Reporting on and managing sales performance, again through our CRM
  • Working closely with Strategy & Solutions teams to deliver effective new business proposals and pitches
  • Effectively communicating with new business prospects, to ensure that our prospective clients have the very best experience in selecting CreativeRace as their agency partner
  • Effective project management of sales processes
