We are looking for an established, proven, strategically driven and creatively minded Account Director to come on board and drive our business forwards.

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our growing integrated Client Services team managing and supporting a portfolio of clients with their strategic and creative requirements. This is a highly varied role spanning a number of different client sectors across the entire media mix.

The Opportunity

We need a talented Account Director to help us build and grow profitable client relationships for the agency.

You will be a champion of gold standard responses to every client brief, whilst having commercial awareness to drive profitability, growth and efficiencies.

The key to being successful in this role is to understanding the client’s environment and challenges by possessing core knowledge of their business, both in terms of creativity and commerciality.

As the most senior member of the day to day client team you will foster client relationships in a engaging and partner based approach.

You will report directly into the Managing Partner.

Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Ability to execute multiple fast-paced projects across various client with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects are scoped correctly and delivered within agreed timeframes.
  • Excellent brief writer, understanding the tools of a tight brief and ability to write effectively to inspire creative solutions
  • An ability to interrogate and challenge our outputs to collectively deliver a better outcome.
  • Receive great client feedback for our work and service.
  • Produce and execute a clear man-marking strategy for each client.
  • A natural growth instinct that seeks out opportunities to develop our business further.
  • Ability to write and prepare documents and presentations tailored to each client’s style, preference, knowledge and experience.
  • Inspiring presentation style that excites the client and elicits action.
  • The ultimate goal of the Account Director is to drive client loyalty to the agency and enhance our agency reputation through the strength of our work.
