Account Director

Reason for Recruitment

We are in a period of growth, so we need an established and proven Account Director to come on board and drive our exciting business towards agency and client success.

The Account Director will report directly into the Client Services Director and will be responsible for 3 team members within the business.

Building and maintaining client relationships, strong business acumen, guiding strategy & creative need to be your forte. Whilst using your skills to lead a team you’ll need to juggle, brief and deliver multiple creative projects on time, on budget and on brief.

Hours: 37.25 a week | Location: Leeds

The Requirements

  • Adept client management skills (manages expectations, builds trust, communicates well)
  • Skilled in ensuring our client satisfaction is always glowing and our output top notch
  • Able to build core relationships with key clients of varying levels
  • Ability to execute multiple fast-paced projects across a large client with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to lead the delivery of projects from resource requests, brief writing, creative development and presenting work to clients
  • Able to deliver projects with excellence (error free, on brief, on budget, on time)
  • Financial management, forecasting, estimating and business generation
  • Possesses tenacity and drive required to see a job through to the end
  • Highly intelligent, but also has a good dose of common sense
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Can juggle multiple tasks, but knows when to raise a hand for help
  • A natural team player who fits well into a collaborative, friendly team
  • Holds a curious mind, hungry to learn and experience new things

  • Knowledge and experience within the retail sector
  • Experience of across various marketing channels from instore to digital
